While deals are still out there, there is noticeably fewer fresh to frozen deals but more variation across brands. Different brands’ pricing strategies might drive this in the current market. Overall potential savings is down from the 50% range to the 30% range.
The most significant potential savings are in Produce (39%) this week, followed by Meat & Poultry (30%) and Seafood (29%).
Still good deals from single vendors (27%-34%) with a slightly wider range of savings across vendors (26%-42%), so if you are working with multiple, you may want to do some comparisons.
