Don’t Miss These Deals: Look for Limited Quantity Deals, 21% Off Beef Flank Steak Angus Choice!

Lower restaurant foot traffic in December is likely leading distributors to keep their average prices flat to down. That also means deals may not be top of mind, but there are still some great ones out there. We expect that Chicken prices start to go up, so definitely keep an eye out for opportunities to save with different Brand or Frozen options. Take some time to look for limited-quantity deals because those can be a great discount for essentially the same product (or let us do it for you automatically).

We know that restaurant operators don’t always want to have to change their main vendor. All of the opportunities below are from within single distributors! So here are the deals this week:

tl;dr

  • There continues to be a good number of Brand deals this week on big-ticket products including Beef Tenderloin, Chicken Wing, Bacon, and Trout.  Typical deals are 15%-25% off.

  • About the same number of Frozen deals out there this week, with most being just Frozen and fewer Fresh to Frozen options. There is a big range in deals, between 11% and 65%.

  • We’ve hand-selected a multitude of Odds & Ends deals which could save you 15%-37% by switching to some similar products with smaller sizes, or differing grades, be sure to check these out for big savings on kitchen staples!

  • Cash and Carry is seeing an average of 39% off deals while there are deals of 32%-42% within broad-line distributors, so likely only worthwhile looking if you have an emergency out.
